Namaste. I originally started my yoga journey to add another form of exercise to my day to day life. Then, as I deepened my yoga practice it became a practice of my mind as well as body. This changed my way of living and gave me a different perspective on many aspects of life. Being a very active person, yoga encourages me to slow down and look inwards.
I’ve been a teacher throughout my whole professional career and I finally feel as if I have found my Dharma (eternal purpose) by combining both my passion for teaching and yoga. I love to share this passion with others as a Yoga Teacher and hope my clients benefit not only from the physical practice but the little nuggets of wisdom that come with yoga philosophy that they can integrate into their everyday life.

Description of class :
Vinyasa Flow | Throughout this fluid flow you will be guided by your breath to deepen your practice. Tuning out of the ego we will move through the flow, listening to where our bodies want to take us.
Hatha Yoga | Hatha yoga will enable to deepen your practice with each breath, holding each asana for a longer period of time. This class will focus on alignment and finding stillness in each posture.
Power Yoga | This energizing flow will awaken many muscles and fire up the solar plexus chakra. You will leave this class feeling as if you have worked physically hard whilst also connecting the mind to your body.
