About Walter Alejandro Penaloza:
Originally from Ecuador but he grew up in Switzerland. He has lived in the UK, Singapore, Bahamas, Panama and in Dubai since November 2016. A banker by profession but since a very young age he was already questioning the meaning of life and the purpose of our existence. This led him to have an insatiable desire for wisdom and knowledge for Spirituality and to discover the Truth and secrets of Life and the Universe. A big turning point in his life came when he was 33 years old. After going through a terrible period of unbalance, he became overweight, depressed and very unhealthy. Then he prayed to God for strength and to show him the way to the Light. He gathered the power to achieve a physical, emotional, mental and spiritual transformation within 3-6 months. He went from weighing 85Kg, eating junk food and no exercises to weighing 65kg, healthier eating habits and unlimited amounts of energy. Then he embarked on getting certified in many healing modalities in order to help people live healthier and happier lives. He knew that if it was possible for him to transform life physically and spiritually, he was certain that other people could do the same. His positive and enthusiastic nature to harmonize the spiritual and physical world resonates with many people. The world is currently going through the greatest shift in consciousness and he is passionate to contribute to the awakening of humanity.
Vinyasa Flow a class which helps to build overall strength and flexibility. Vinyasa flow yoga is a creative form of yoga where all yoga poses are linked together with the breath in a flowing sequence. The beauty of this class is the variety. Each classes are different and may be dynamic and focus on strengthening postures, or it may be a slower flow with an emphasis on mobility and flexibility in the spine or the hips.

Handstand Yoga an adoptive holistic yoga class which is similar to Vinyasa Flow but includes stronger posture to build strength in each part of body. Each class will be focused on different part of body so if you practice it few times a week you may develop strength in your whole body. This yoga style also includes breath work in the beginning of class and while doing hardest poses. That’s a new class in the market. You should definitely try it.
Yin Yoga is a perfect class for the over-worked, the over-stimulated, the over-stressed and the over-tired people. Yin yoga helps to move and shape the body using carefully supported positions and movements with long holds. Each posture is held for 3-5 minutes or more! Leave feeling rested and more centered. Perfect as a complement in your regular practice, on days that you’re more tired or for those that are looking for a more restful and recuperative practice.
Dance Flow Yoga is an amazing flowing yoga class where each asana is held by one part of the body and another part of body is moving in slow motion. This class helps to build strength and improve flexibility and balance. It is seems to be easy class but it is intermediate level which will make you sweat a lot and lose weight.
Soulmate Breath Work Class is a variation of yoga class, which includes partner asanas and special breathwork technics for couples. This class is led by Anastasya Keys and Walter Alejandro Penaloza together. This is an amazing class which helps to balance masculine and feminine energy, bring understanding into relationships, at the same time build overall strength and flexibility.
All exercises will be done in partnerships (you may do it also with your friend).
Meditation Yoga is a relaxing yoga class, which includes gentle asanas and special breathing technics. This is an amazing class which helps to relax, releases stress and brings awareness to the body in order to feel more whole and connected.
