French native, Manon has been practicing yoga for the last 8 years. She has been teaching her passion in Paris, in Madrid and now for the last 2 years in Dubai. She speaks French, English, Spanish and a bit of Italian too.

As a Yoga teacher and forever a student, her mantra is: “Be the energy you want to attract”. She likes to tell herself that if she strongly believes to something it is going to happen. She graduated with a 200 hour in Vinyasa, she also got a certification in Yin Yoga, in Restorative Yoga, in Chair Yoga and in Ayurveda. She also gives fitness barre classes, it’s a practice that focuses on low-impact, high-intensity movements designed to strengthen your body in ways that few other workouts can.

Her practice is a tailored approach that combines Vinyasa flow, Core and Strength, Yin yoga and pranayama. The goal is to help her students’ body and mind to connect, to find inner peace and to challenge themselves.

Vinyasa flow: My yoga flow is characterized by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath. Each class is designed to focus on balance, flexibility, core and strength and also to have a lot fun.

Yin and Restorative Yoga: I like to combine both of them depending of what the student want to focus on. Yin Yoga is meant to be a passive practice where we want to relax the muscles and go deeper into each stretch, we tend to hold each pose for 3-5 minutes. The aim of Yin as Restorative Yoga is to let it go, I like to introduce pranayama in each class, it helps to relax, to detox the body and to surrender to our mat.

Pre and post natal: My classes are designed and structured for women at all stages of pregnancy. I want to safely guid them in a comfortable space. Learn specific yoga poses, breathing exercises and relaxation techniques that can strengthen their mentally, physically and emotionally for the birth of their baby. And, I support them after birth to help their body to recover and to introduce them into this new world with baby.

Barre: It focuses on low-impact, high-intensity movements designed to strengthen your body in ways that few other workouts can. The exercises are set at a slow pace that aims to build strength and flexibility. Like other types of regular exercise, barre can also help you manage and reduce your stress levels, so it’s good to combine it with a regular Yoga practice as well.
